2 Organisation of the document

This part of the ERN standard has six clauses and one annex. Clause 1 provides an introduction and describes the scope of this part of the ERN standard. Clauses 3 and 4 give a set of normative references as well as terms, definitions and abbreviations that are used in this part of the ERN standard.

Clause 5 provides an overall choreography for sending and receiving the messages defined in this part of the ERN standard. Clause 6 then specifies these messages and their descriptions as they appear in the DDEX data dictionary.

Annex A then provides informative notes about this version of this part of the ERN standard, indicating the features new to this version of this part of the ERN standard.
